Postman – Monitors

So we have created our collection with the API request, we an up and running mock server http://trikalabs.com/postman-mock-server/  and a schema validation test http://trikalabs.com/postman-schema-validation/ . One option to run the test is through cli and newman http://trikalabs.com/newman-run-postman-collections-tests  the other is with Postman  and  Monitor.

Let’s setup our first monitor

Next is to name it and configure it

Once this is done we can run it

Lastly, we can see all the times the test have run and results along side a detailed explanation
